How do you know when it is time to have your lawn aerated?
- The lawn is growing very slow, even though it is being fertilized and watered.
- Thick Thatch
- Compacted Soil
- Suffocating Roots
- Can't insert a screwdriver easily into the soil
- When thatch (bits of grass that have died and gathered just above the soil line) is too thick, your lawn will feel spongy, and it will be difficult to stick your finger through to the soil.
If any of the above is true, it’s time to Aerate your lawn. If you don’t, it will suffocate and start to die. We offer this service in our Lawn Care & Maintenance Plans. Call our office today at 541-752-4582 to add it to your routine service or book your appointment.
